John Alderuccio is a Partner of the firm and heads up the Commercial and Commercial Litigation Group. A graduate from Monash University with both a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws, John was admitted to practise in Victoria in 1980.

His practice areas include commercial law, commercial litigation and family law. John has extensive experience in all areas of commercial law, including: sales, acquisitions and mergers, joint ventures, intellectual property, agreements and contracts, business structures, trade practices, corporations law, commercial negotiations and mediation.

Appearing in various courts and tribunals with respect to commercial and insolvency related matters, John’s Commercial Litigation experience extends to numerous clients across various industry sectors including retail, sales, manufacturing, building & construction and hospitality.


John also has over 20 years' experience in family law and advises in the areas of separation, divorce, de facto disputes, cohabitation agreements, parenting disputes, property and financial settlements, child support, spousal maintenance and mediation.

Bruno Alderuccio

Bruno Alderuccio is a Partner of the firm, heads up the Property Group and is also a member of the Commercial Group.  He holds degrees both in law and economics and a major in Accounting, graduating from Monash University in 1986. His practice areas include property and commercial law.

Bruno has extensive experience in all types of property transactions including subdivisions, consolidations, land development and complex issues involving planning, contractual, joint ventures, leasing, finance and property trusts.

His Property law experience extends to all aspects of property sales and acquisitions, advice on aspects of residential subdivisions and owner’s corporation (body corporate) issues, advice in relation to property related GST and stamp duty issues.

Bruno acts for a number of developers in numerous major developments in and around the CBD which vary in size from five apartments to over 200 apartments. His practice covers the breadth of Australia and extends internationally.
