Practice & General Manager

Catherine is the Practice & General Manager of the Firm, bringing over 30 years of experience in legal practice management, operations and finance.

She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Firm, including trust accounting, finance, human resources, training, IT, compliance, marketing and quality assurance.  Working closely with the Partners, Catherine plays a key role in ensuring the practice operates efficiently, maintains high professional standards and delivers exceptional client service.

Her background in business management, marketing and advertising, including senior roles with leading marketing and advertising agencies, provides her with strong commercial insight and a practical solutions-focused approach managing the Firm.
