Jazmin Mead
Overview
Jazmin Mead is an Associate lawyer who practises extensively in the areas of commercial and property law.
A down-to-earth manner, exceptional communicator and attention to detail are the hallmarks of Jazmin’s approach. She understands the pressures of legal deadlines, is unafraid of a challenge and is committed to pursuing the best possible outcome for clients.
Jazmin worked in the legal industry for a number of years prior to her admission as lawyer in 2019, whilst working at our firm. Her previous experience includes working in the banking/finance and property law areas.
Jazmin works with both commercial and private clients across various areas of law.

Commercial law and disputes
Jazmin assists clients with sale and transfer of business, various contract matters (including construction matters), shareholding and joint venture agreements and loan, guarantor and security agreements.
She can also assist clients involved in commercial disputes and has experience in litigation matters involving debt, commercial leasing and building and construction disputes.
Property transactions including commercial leasing
Jazmin has expertise in the area of commercial and retail leasing and can assist both landlords and tenants entering new commercial leases as well as renewals, variations and transfer of leases. She also assists clients involved in commercial and retail leasing disputes and litigation.
Jazmin also supports partner Bruno Alderuccio in a wide array of property matters including commercial and residential conveyancing and projects.
Wills and power of attorneys
Jazmin assists clients looking to draw or update their wills or appoint power of attorneys (including medical treatment decision maker).
