Rehanan holds a law degree and together with our property lawyers she specialises in the conveyancing process, therefore every client is assured that the, often, complicated process of buying or selling a property is made as simple and easy as it can be.

She also has solid knowledge and extensive experience in the digital property settlement platform named “PEXA”.

After the successful purchase of a property, Rehanan will guide the client on finance timing and preparation for the settlement of the new property. She informs the client of the tasks to be completed at every stage of the process to ensure the client is well prepared for the settlement.

Property Sales

As a Vendor, there are strict disclosure and due diligence requirements.  Rehanan will ensure Contract documents are thorough and comprehensive for a smooth sale process.

She regularly communicates with clients to ensure tasks required by clients are completed in a timely manner and clients are well prepared for settlement of the property sale.

Subdivisions/Developments

Together with our Property Team, Rehanan has a comprehensive knowledge of planning permits, SPEAR, and the subdivision lodgement process and can work with a client’s development team to register building Plans.

Property Transfers

Rehanan can assist in the transfer of property for survivorship, transfer between spouses in family law matters, name corrections, and transfer to executors or beneficiaries.
