Georgia Robbins joined Alderuccio Solicitors in 2017 and is an Associate lawyer with experience in Family & Relationship Law, Commercial law, Civil litigation, Wills & Estates.

Georgia is an experienced and professional lawyer with a pragmatic approach.  She is committed to providing expert guidance and representation whilst ensuring her clients feel heard, understood and empowered at every stage of their legal matter.

Commercial Law and Civil Litigation

Georgia has experience in commercial matters including acting on sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements and disputes between shareholders, joint venture agreements and matters relating to trust law.

Georgia has represented clients in various courts and tribunals in relation to commercial disputes.

Family and Relationships Law

Georgia has experience in family & relationship law matters including matrimonial and de facto relationship disputes, property and children’s matters, spousal maintenance matters, family violence cases and divorce proceedings.

Georgia has been involved in cases involving binding financial agreements, child support agreements, intervention orders and complex family trust issues.

Recognising the toll that family law can have on clients and their families, Georgia has a high level of empathy.  She works hard to achieve the best outcome with the least impact for clients and their families.

Georgia strongly believes that all aspects of alternative dispute resolution should be explored before resorting to litigation.

Wills & Estates

Georgia has experience in preparing Wills for clients to suit their individual circumstances. This can include wills after separation, Wills for blended families, and testamentary trusts.

Georgia is experienced in preparing power of attorney documents relating to medical, financial and lifestyle decisions.

Georgia assists clients with obtaining Probate or Letters of Administration when their loved one passes away, together with administration of the estate.

Georgia understands that working with these families requires compassion and sensitivity with a detailed knowledge of this diverse area of law.  She provides clear communication in plain language coupled with a strong customer-centric focus.
